The team is responsible for features like channel Subscriptions, Gifting, and Turbo, aiming to empower live communities. Members will work collaboratively to design, build, and maintain systems that can scale to millions of concurrent users. This role is based in San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA.

• 1+ years of professional software development experience
• Excellent proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go
• A track record of building product experiences that users love
• Sharp problem-solving skills with a focus on algorithms, data structures, and distributed system design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience
• Familiarity with Twitch's tech stack including Golang and TypeScript/React
• Experience working with mobile development, either native or hybrid
• Experience with AWS technologies like ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions
• A passion for gaming, streaming, or the Twitch platform
