Job description
The Google Workspace Customer Engineer for Mid-Market Enterprise at Google Cloud is responsible for partnering with sales teams to enhance customer productivity through Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. This role involves engaging in technical discussions with customers to understand their business challenges and providing tailored solutions. The engineer will also troubleshoot technical issues and lead the implementation of cloud solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience working on power applications and productivity software.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Support the technical relationship with customers through product briefings and proof-of-concept work.
- Architect solutions that leverage Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to automate customer workflows.
- Educate partners and customers on leveraging agentic capabilities using Google Workspace.
- Lead discussions that connect business goals to technical decisions.
