• 12+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an Internet scale organization.
• 3+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in building outcomes at global scale.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in Account Security, Product Security Engineering, and AI Security.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex, systemic issues.

• Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty, and Vulnerability Management teams.
• Lead the overall direction and roadmap execution for Security Product Engineering and Bug Bounty programs.
• Coach and mentor engineers to understand and address security problems at a granular level.
• Partner cross-functionally to build proactive security controls into DoorDash products.
• Build and maintain high Operational Excellence security services to ensure minimal downtime.
