The role is for an experienced pre-sales professional at Databricks, focusing on helping large enterprises become more data-driven. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for key accounts. This position requires a solid background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership, particularly in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors. The goal is to maximize the adoption of Databricks' products and solutions, particularly in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

• Proficiency at establishing and leading virtual teams to success within accounts.
• Experience working with very large global accounts generating over $1 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills to convey a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
• Technical knowledge in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Databricks Certification is a nice to have.

• Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks while working with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks solutions.
• Implement the technical strategy in accounts with a clear understanding of the overall strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
