Job description

The Program Manager, MarTech role at Bain & Company involves partnering with marketing stakeholders and technology teams to drive marketing technology initiatives. This position requires a product-minded individual who can translate business needs into actionable requirements while managing cross-functional workstreams. The role is pivotal in navigating the transformation of Bain's marketing organization through the integration of new technologies. The Program Manager will also support product management best practices and contribute to the evolution of marketing processes.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or a closely related field.
  • 3+ years working directly on technology implementation or product builds.
  • Strong product instincts with the ability to break down complex problems and write clear requirements.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms is a strong plus.
  • Clear and confident communication skills to translate between marketing and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the MarTech Director to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams across marketing, IT, and external partners.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Help define how marketing processes evolve as new tools enter the stack.
  • Support governance and change management as the MarTech landscape grows more complex.
