The Senior Manager position at EY focuses on providing Risk Management services to enhance clients' risk strategies and optimize their management functions. • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience.
• Must have 6 years of experience in an SAP Security, GRC, and Controls lead role.
• Must have 6 years of hands-on experience with Design, Build, Test and Deploy Application security framework across various SAP applications, including SAP S/4 HANA, and FIORI.
• Must have experience in 3 full end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementations (version 12.0 or higher).
• Must have 5 years of experience in project management, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.
• Must have 6 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Must have 6 years of professional services client-facing consulting experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience supporting business development efforts in the RFP process.
• Must have 7 years of experience leading and coaching teams of SAP consulting professionals.

• Provide Risk Management services to help clients enhance their risk strategy and improve controls and processes.
• Lead engagement teams in assisting clients with risk management challenges and improving business performance.
• Oversee the design and development of SAP Security solutions across all SAP applications.
• Lead teams in working with clients to design and implement their processes into the SAP GRC Access Control tools.
• Advise clients on process and controls improvement to optimize their processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
