The ServiceNow Moveworks AI Architect Manager at EY is responsible for leading transformation teams focused on AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance user experiences and streamline workflows through innovative AI strategies. The manager will guide a multi-disciplinary team while ensuring high-quality project delivery and risk management. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Typically 2-5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and at least 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2-5 years of experience with the Moveworks platform in selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow's AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
• Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A valid driver's license in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
• Engage regularly with external clients and actively participate in working sessions.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
• Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow AI project.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources.
• Build and foster client relationships to demonstrate the value of EY services.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
