The SoC Power Integrity Engineer will join the Hardware Technology Group to develop, implement, and verify Power Integrity solutions for various Apple devices. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for precision in achieving outstanding results. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SoC power delivery architecture and ensure the quality of power integrity performance. The position involves working with advanced lab measurements and modeling techniques.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Power/Signal Integrity, Power Electronics, Electromagnetics, Microwave, and/or Analog/RF Circuit Design is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python coding and experience with AI/ML assisted automation.
• Experience in PI/SI methodology development and PDN modeling from system to die.
• Understanding of power supply architecture and low-power design methodologies.
• Good knowledge of 3D/2D EM simulation tools and electromagnetic theory.

• Define the PDN architecture and design solution space for systems across a wide range of power and noise specifications.
• Conduct power delivery modeling, simulation, and characterization for die, package, module, board, and Voltage Regulators.
• Manage all SoC PI related topics including on-die inrush and off-die droop budget.
• Perform PDN signoffs and digital to analog/RF noise coupling analysis.
• Verify the quality of power integrity performance and efficiency using advanced lab measurements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
