As a Site Reliability Engineer Intern at IBM, you will work in an agile and collaborative environment focused on building, deploying, configuring, and maintaining systems for IBM's client business. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Knowledge in system monitoring and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with automation in production environments.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of day-to-day operations and incident support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the health of production systems and services 24/7.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Deploy services and configuration changes using Continuous Delivery tools.
- Apply security patches and upgrades as needed.
- Lead the problem resolution process for clients from analysis to deployment of fixes.
