• 5+ years of experience defining training strategy and managing training programs for a wide range of audiences across a global operations environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience implementing training programs on a global scale
• Grounded in learning theory and adult learning concepts, with the ability to apply frameworks like ADDIE in a rapid, iterative way
• Proven program management skills, with strong stakeholder influencing skills across cross-functional teams
• Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to distill complex technical topics and procedures into simple language for a global audience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
• Proficient with AI tools, with sound judgment on when to apply them for content development
• Facilitation skills, including Train-the-Trainer program delivery
• Experience with content tools for technical writing, video creation, and asset design
• Familiarity with AIML, data annotation processes, and tools is a plus
