• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of strategic financial planning
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of operational and financial modeling, including forecasting and valuation
• Ability to build presentations that convey a clear story supported by data findings
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic issues
• Lead projects across their lifecycle, from problem identification to solution implementation
• Identify opportunities for growth or optimization of businesses
• Perform deep dives on specific businesses to reassess strategies and opportunities
• Manage all aspects of client service, including project planning and organization
