Citi is seeking a highly motivated Equities Electronic Trading Technology Production Support Lead Analyst to join their global support team on the NY trading floor. The successful candidate will provide technical support and production management for Equities E-trading applications. This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with development teams and utilizing strong communication skills to address a variety of business and technology issues. The individual will be part of a globally aligned team that enhances support for regional teams near trading desks.

• Minimum of 5 years of Equities Support experience
• Experience in trade floor support
• Knowledge of FIX protocol
• Proficiency in Python and Perl, with support for Java applications
• Experience with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting
• Familiarity with SQL databases
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for growth within production support
• At least 7 years of application support experience
• Ability to effectively share information with team members and other technology teams
• Capability to plan and organize workload
• Ability to communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders

• Own and provide L2 support for mission-critical Equities E-trading applications
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business support teams to determine strategy and priorities
• Ensure the team meets business requirements and communicates progress effectively to stakeholders
• Provide technical application support and monitor applications and technical platforms
• Answer queries via phone, email, and other communication mediums
• Understand application processes and database schema as an expert
• Perform problem-solving tasks before escalating issues to other teams
• Make key technical recommendations during major issues based on system knowledge
• Follow through to ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA
• Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business support and regional colleagues
