Job description
The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team at Apple is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead initiatives focused on Product Operations. This role requires deep expertise in Operations and Supply Chain processes, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work on both detailed and strategic levels, ensuring alignment between technology and business priorities. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of program management experience in supply chain or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain processes within the electronics industry.
- 5+ years of project management experience in systems implementation and development life cycles.
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Operations focused initiatives within the BPR team.
- Drive supply chain process improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean.
- Build cross-functional relationships and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capacity.
- Summarize key points and align them with customer experience and business objectives.
