This role is for a talented software engineer to work on next-generation serverless technologies at Amazon. The position is part of the Builder Foundations organization, which supports Amazon's eCommerce business and impacts millions of customers. The focus is on enhancing developer productivity by leveraging modern programming languages and advancements in generative AI. The engineer will influence design and technology choices while building scalable systems for Amazon developers.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and code reviews
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
