As a Framework Software Engineer at Apple, you will be part of the AI & Data Platforms team within the Information Systems and Technology organization. This team focuses on building innovative tools and features for data and machine learning platforms, enhancing the efficiency of solutions across Apple. You will work on both custom solutions and the customization of open source products to meet Apple's needs. The role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to produce high-quality software under tight deadlines.

• 2+ years of hands-on proficiency with Java and/or Python or similar language
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience designing and developing scalable and performant micro-services and REST APIs
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or similar
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Experience in building and deploying cloud-native applications/products
• Working experience with big data technologies and data platforms
• Familiarity in working with frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with distributed computing technologies
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Prior experience in the areas of AI/ML/Data Sciences will be a strong plus

• Build various tools and features for data and machine learning platforms.
