As an AppleCare Technologies Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with business and engineering partners to support and develop AppleCare support systems and contact delivery infrastructure. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise to drive continuous system improvements and technology transformations. You will provide guidance to AppleCare leadership on current challenges and propose strategies to meet future demands. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong communication skills to build effective partner relationships.

• 5+ years of experience leading, designing, or architecting infrastructure technology projects.
• Experience designing or supporting Enterprise applications in highly-available cloud environments.
• Experience with large-scale integrated technology migrations.
• Experience with Agentic Workflows, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
• Strong trend analysis and analytical thinking ability.
• Strong organization and project management capability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience automating tasks with Python, Perl, shell, or other automation tools.
• Experience with data analytics and designing monitoring systems using SQL, Splunk, Grafana.
• Experience with Automated Contact Delivery Systems and designing skills-based routing configurations.
• Strong network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and Routing.
• Experience developing or supporting VoIP technologies.
• Familiarity with contact center platform and enterprise application operations.
