This hands-on position involves strategic planning, system development, and customer support. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and deliver results that enhance the customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience building services using AWS products.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with video encoding and streaming media standards.
• Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.

• Create cloud-based video analytics solutions for use by internal stakeholders.
• Continuously strive for operational excellence by seeking to provide cost-effective and highly available solutions.
• Participate in the original creation and implementation of scalable infrastructure automation tools.
• Ensure that all products are designed to be secure, robust, scalable, maintainable, and adaptable.
• Build instrumentation to provide visibility into the health of products, along with alerting and self-healing capabilities.
