NVIDIA is seeking a Developer Relations Senior Manager to lead Higher Education and Research activities in the US. This role involves building and mentoring a team of Developer Relations Managers to engage with academic labs and universities. The focus is on promoting NVIDIA's accelerated computing stack across various scientific domains, including AI for science. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance NVIDIA's presence in the research ecosystem.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computational Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ overall years of industry and research experience, including 4+ years managing teams in developer relations, research engagement, or technical partnerships.
  • Deep technical proficiency across both foundational AI and AI for science.
  • Proven track record to engage senior research stakeholders with credibility and strategic intent.
  • Strong track record of driving platform adoption through technical enablement, community programs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Developer Relations Managers to cover AI for science.
  • Architect a comprehensive researcher engagement strategy across academic labs and research consortia.
  • Establish positive relationships with PIs, lab directors, research computing leads, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Champion NVIDIA's full research platform to help researchers unlock platform value.
  • Develop NVIDIA's presence at major AI and scientific research venues and drive university engagements.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
