• 8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms
• Expert-level knowledge of the Databricks Platform or equivalent
• Declared technical specialization in areas such as real-time architectures or ML/AI platforms
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth in large accounts
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders on data and AI strategy
• Strong strategic thinking skills connecting technical architecture to business outcomes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
