Arcadis is seeking entry-level Water Engineers to join their Columbus, OH team. The role focuses on supporting high-profile projects aimed at addressing water issues related to resilience, quality, reuse, and management. Candidates will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop sustainable solutions and enhance their technical skills. The position offers an opportunity to work on various projects related to drinking water and wastewater management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a closely related field.
• EIT certification, with a desire to obtain PE.
• Knowledge of engineering concepts, theories, and practices related to water, wastewater, and stormwater.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and other process modeling and engineering software.

• Evaluate, plan, design, and support the management of various water-related projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and participate in client meetings.
• Perform fieldwork activities such as site visits, construction inspection, and water quality analyses.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop cost estimates and layout plans.
• Utilize modeling and design software to contribute to project development.
• Participate in the design process and observe construction activities for quality assurance.
