Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Windows platform architect to enhance AI system performance and power for machine learning solutions on the Snapdragon platform. The role involves driving joint hardware-software design and architecture specifications while ensuring a high-quality developer experience. The architect will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver industry-leading performance and power for AI applications. This position requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks and performance optimization techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
• Extensive experience in architecture-aware AI model system performance optimization on Windows PC/Laptop.
• Strong background in end-to-end system performance analysis using profiling tools.
• Excellent understanding of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.

• Understand trends in machine learning network design and their impact on software and hardware.
• Analyze bottlenecks in end-to-end use cases and application of ML/AI algorithms on Qualcomm hardware and software stacks.
• Conduct on-device correlation and tuning of algorithms versus pre-silicon predictions.
• Analyze Enterprise AI workflows and propose components to enhance productivity for enterprise users.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class reference implementations and documentation.
