• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Management consulting experience is required.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Expertise in a minimum of 2 IT skillsets such as IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or cloud SaaS/PaaS strategy.

• Assist with the execution of operational-focused projects across various sectors.
• Support the client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across a range of engagements, including operational and carve-out planning.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and assist in proposal development.
