Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience operating production data infrastructure, streaming systems, or database platforms at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis.
- Experience with vector and graph databases in AI/ML contexts.
- Deep experience with event streaming and messaging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the memory and data stores, including relational and durable state, caching, vector stores, and object storage across all environments.
- Manage event streaming and asynchronous messaging systems, ensuring reliable data movement.
- Ensure data durability, consistency, and recoverability through replication, backup, and cross-environment data movement.
- Build and operate streaming and change data capture pipelines that maintain schema governance.
- Make state multi-tenant and portable, ensuring performance and consistent semantics across environments.
