- Experience managing suppliers as a technical owner
- Experience assessing the systems engineering coverage of an active program
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering
Responsibilities
- Own the system requirements, interfaces, and documentation from architecture to sustaining operations.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a complete set of hardware requirements.
- Ensure alignment among teams responsible for custom PCBs, rack enclosures, power delivery, and other components.
- Lead the requirements process at the system level from the start of the project.
- Document decisions rigorously to ensure long-term dependability.
- Identify and address gaps in systems engineering processes and documentation.
- Drive technical alignment across hardware, software, and mechanical teams.
- Manage suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements and interfaces.
