• BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Demonstrated ability in plastic and metal part design including material selection
• Experience with handheld/portable devices
• Experience with technical graphical communication of concepts and ideas
• Experience with component modules and interconnects
• Integration of wireless antennas into mechanical enclosures
• Integration of electrical subsystems into designs
• Design of highly cosmetic enclosures with ingress protection
• Siemens NX fluency is desirable
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers
• Mandarin language skills are a benefit
• Ability to travel internationally (20%+)
