This position is focused on leading a team of engineers and technicians within the Thin Films Metals Department. The role emphasizes operational excellence, safety, and employee engagement while driving performance management and development. The successful candidate will collaborate with department leaders to ensure consistency in execution and results across shifts. This position operates on a Shift 1 schedule and reports to an Engineering Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process flows and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience collaborating with vendor field service engineers and manufacturing/engineering technicians.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.

• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to achieve performance goals.
• Lead performance management and employee relations activities for the team.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure consistency in performance across functional areas.
• Support factory and segment initiatives through leadership participation in various teams.
• Drive operational excellence by fostering a culture focused on safety and teamwork.
