The Lead Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering measurable impact for Digital Native Business customers within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization. This role involves independently scoping complex initiatives and solving problems in high-stakes environments. The position requires a strong focus on regional impact, mentorship, and establishing strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders. The Lead Engagement Manager will also shape sales strategies to align with client goals and lead the sales of Professional Services and Training offerings.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings.
• Proficient thought leadership and recognition as an external expert in the industry.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture and strategic account planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.

• Drive excellence at the Business Unit or Region level to meet booking targets and consumption goals.
• Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
• Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, serving as a resource for complex projects.
• Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services and Training offerings.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
