• 10+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or leading other tech leads on complex enterprise software projects.
• Hands-on experience with walled garden advertising APIs such as Meta, Google, Amazon, or TikTok.
• Working knowledge of ad tech data models including campaign hierarchies and conversion APIs.
• Familiarity with measurement approaches such as MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems to production, including evaluation and guardrails.
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Combination of technical and people leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience building or operating measurement infrastructure at a platform or large advertiser is a plus.
• Background in experimentation or causal inference is a plus.

• Lead the ingest and normalization path for advertising platform data at scale.
• Design the aggregation and identity layers to make figures from different platforms comparable.
• Lead the development of workflows that parse, interpret, present, and act on performance data.
• Set the correctness and evaluation standards in a domain with noisy and partially observable ground truth.
• Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build scalable solutions.
