Job description
This role involves supporting the full-recruiting life cycle while collaborating with the Talent Attraction team and client service professionals. Requirements
- Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic business knowledge
- Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed
- 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Support the full-recruiting life cycle from candidate attraction to offer.
- Assist with data management using the Applicant Tracking System.
- Provide candidate support and coordinate recruiting events.
- Help with interview logistics and resume screening.
- Collaborate with TA team members and client service professionals.
- Participate in relevant training sessions and contribute to team projects.
