- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Ability to travel to other countries for on-site factory product builds supports (6 to 8 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in releasing NVIDIA-designed board and system products to high-volume manufacturing.
- Represent Product Operations Engineering during early manufacturing test solution planning and align stakeholders on production release requirements.
- Define scalable manufacturing test architectures, methodologies, processes, and system requirements for board- and server-level products across ARM and x86 platforms.
- Develop and qualify test strategies, fixtures, and equipment for new product features, validating hardware test solutions for production deployment.
- Partner with Mechanical, Thermal, Test, Hardware Design, Software, and Quality Engineering teams to drive DFX initiatives and factory release requirements.
- Support factory builds and production ramps by debugging board- and system-level issues, collaborating with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Monitor end-to-end manufacturing test verification from board to system level, analyze production data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure release readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement through new manufacturing test technologies, process optimization, international factory supports, and mentoring/developing engineering talents.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts.
