The Vice President – Forms Governance Business Lead Analyst for Wealth business is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading the Forms Governance framework across North America and Latin America. This role requires exceptional leadership and project management skills to ensure document integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The individual will partner with senior business leaders, compliance, legal, and technology teams to drive regional standardization and digital transformation. The position focuses on strategic governance, stakeholder management, process transformation, and risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Typically 7-10 years of progressive experience in Forms Governance, Operational Risk, Business Analysis, or Process Transformation.
• Experience within a global financial institution or highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing initiatives across multiple geographic regions, particularly in NAM and LATAM.
• Deep understanding of digital document management platforms and regulatory documentation requirements.

• Establish, refine, and oversee the regional Forms Governance framework.
• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Bank's document inventory across NAM and LATAM.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Requestors and Product Owners.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Brand Management teams.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to enhance document management systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable remediation strategies.
• Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive governance documentation and ensure audit readiness.
