• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-4 years of recent experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank is necessary.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses in good standing are required.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions is essential.
• Established networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization are needed.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours and locations as needed is required.
