Job description
The UX/UI Designer Manager role at EY focuses on assisting clients in the financial services industry to create superior digital products such as apps and websites. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or Interaction Design and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
- 4 years of UX design experience in the financial services sector or as a consultant to financial services companies.
- 4 years of experience using prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- 4 years of experience with user-centered design methodologies and testing.
- 4 years of experience in UX research techniques.
- 2 years of experience in Visual Design, including Typography and Data Visualization.
- 4 years of experience translating business requirements into UX design solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including 20% international travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in creating superior apps, websites, and software supported by research and brand strategy.
- Manage the user-centered design approach of digital products and ensure quality design deliverables.
- Drive the delivery of sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes while conducting user and stakeholder research.
- Oversee the design team to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Facilitate workshops on design and consulting topics.
- Collaborate with team members and senior client stakeholders to communicate design processes.
- Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and cultivate business development opportunities.
