The Intermediate Environmental Engineer/Geologist role at Jacobs focuses on supporting environmental remediation and compliance solutions primarily in oil and gas facilities around Texas. • 4+ years of equivalent experience in environmental engineering or geology
• Experience with Microsoft Office-based software
• 40-hr HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain and maintain it
• A valid driver’s license with no major infractions
• Ability to participate in a random drug testing program, including hair follicle samples
• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) or ability to obtain and maintain it
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

• Support a variety of field and technical project tasks primarily in oil and gas facilities.
• Conduct fieldwork including sampling groundwater and other environmental mediums.
• Complete field paperwork to document activities on site and observe subcontractors.
• Perform office tasks such as data entry and coordination for field efforts.
• Communicate the status of tasks to project managers and ensure completion within schedule and budget.
