The Principal Software Engineer will join the Observability group at Core AI, which focuses on developing solutions to monitor and optimize AI agent performance. This role involves leading the design and delivery of large-scale AI services and platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure. The engineer will work closely with product and engineering teams to align technical strategies with business goals. Additionally, the position emphasizes mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
