As a Hardware Development Engineer III on the Storage Server Hardware Engineering team, you will be responsible for the architecture, validation, and production quality of storage server platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-performance and reliable storage systems. This role requires a strong focus on signal integrity, power delivery, and storage subsystem architecture. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in validation methodologies and design standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of hardware design and validation experience with server, storage, or networking systems
• Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems
• Experience with ODM/OEM engagement including schematic review, layout review, and production quality oversight
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and JTAG debug tools

• Own storage server system architecture and hardware design decisions from concept through mass production and fleet deployment
• Drive ODM oversight model by leading schematic reviews, layout reviews, and design quality gates for storage server platforms
• Define and own test flow architecture, yield strategy, and pass/fail criteria for storage hardware validation and manufacturing
• Lead NPI execution for new storage server platforms by coordinating EVT/DVT/PVT milestones and driving issue resolution
• Partner with firmware, mechanical, thermal, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated storage systems meeting performance, cost, and reliability targets
