The role is focused on supporting the Amazon Dedicated Cloud Facility Operations Center, which is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist onsite operations teams to ensure optimal customer experience through reliability and attention to detail. This position requires a basic understanding of data center infrastructure and strong communication skills. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and operational excellence across AWS data centers.

• The candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work is necessary.
• Experience with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection or trending is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is needed.
• 3+ years of customer service experience is required.

• Respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms.
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platforms.
