The role involves supporting the Amazon Dedicated Cloud Facility Operations Center, which is responsible for 24/7 monitoring of data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist onsite operations teams to ensure optimal customer experience through reliability and attention to detail. This position requires a basic understanding of data center infrastructure and proficient communication skills. The Facility Operations Center serves as a centralized hub for monitoring critical physical facilities infrastructure systems.

• The candidate must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in technical support or troubleshooting and documenting findings is necessary.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience is needed.
• Experience with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection or trending is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is required.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience is necessary.

• Respond to, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms.
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform.
• Perform change management tasks.
• Create and issue tickets.
• Follow verbal and written directions.
• Maintain an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure.
• Work required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24/7 environment.
