The AWS Transfer Family team is seeking talented engineers to enhance their fully managed file transfer service for AWS Storage Services. This role involves understanding the B2B file transfer needs of enterprises and developing new products and features to facilitate cloud migration. The team values mentorship and knowledge sharing, providing a supportive environment for both junior and senior engineers. Daily tasks will include coding, debugging, and analyzing data to improve system performance.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Experience effectively using AI-assisted development tools

• Design and write code to deliver impactful features for customers.
• Dive into data to make informed design decisions and measure the effectiveness of changes.
• Debug complex distributed systems issues requiring careful analysis.
