• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a STEM-related field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a PhD with 1 year of experience.
• Experience in CMOS circuit design, digital logic optimizations, and circuit trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
• Experience in Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) circuits and design methodologies.

• Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of custom and compiler-based embedded memory solutions.
• Engage in memory circuit design, characterization, and simulations.
• Perform cache design, critical path simulations, and design custom blocks to meet Power/Performance/Area constraints.
• Conduct memory path-finding activities and optimize power, performance, and area.
• Design memory bit-cells and complex periphery ICs, including automation.
• Define methodologies and execute project schedules.
