Join Amazon's Network Access Technology team to build automation for the world's largest enterprise wireless network. The role focuses on designing and deploying next-generation access infrastructure while solving complex problems at scale. You will collaborate with various engineering teams and mentor newer engineers. Your work will directly impact the reliability of Amazon's fulfillment network worldwide.

• 1+ years of automation scripting experience using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl.
• 4+ years of experience developing engineering, deployment, or operations mechanisms to support IP network and/or networking systems.
• 4+ years of experience in a network-focused hands-on technical role working with IP routing protocols/technologies in large-scale enterprise wireless network environments.
• 4+ years of experience in network engineering with deep expertise in wireless and wired access technologies.
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking, IP routing, and Network Security architecture.
• Experience with wireless access points/controllers, switches, routers, and firewall vendor platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless platforms including controller-based and cloud-managed architectures.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, site survey methodologies, and wireless capacity planning.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of network access solutions spanning wireless and wired technologies.
• Take ownership of complex, multi-milestone network engineering projects from requirements gathering through deployment and validation.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks for network configuration and compliance validation.
• Contribute to the automation platform by developing automated remediation workflows and predictive maintenance capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, field operations, and program management teams to develop solutions that balance performance, cost, and operational simplicity.
