The role involves managing multi-terabyte-per-day log pipelines across AWS and GCP for DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt. The team focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of data ingestion, routing, and enrichment for security telemetry. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT and incident response, to enhance the security posture of the organization. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation and reports to the Senior Manager of Cyber Defense in the United States.

• 5+ years of experience building and operating high-volume data pipelines in production at multi-terabyte-per-day scale.
• 4+ years of experience writing production software in Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and GCP, including infrastructure as code and ownership of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills in a columnar warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Proven leadership and technical project management experience across infrastructure, platform engineering, and incident response.

• Own multi-terabyte-per-day log pipelines across AWS and GCP, including ingest, routing, and schema management.
• Control ingest cost and volume while maintaining essential audit logs.
• Model security data and tune query performance in Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Ship production services and integrations that other teams depend on.
• Set and defend SLOs for log availability and freshness, and build dashboards and alerting.
