Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in writing production code with expert level C++ skills.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex software components in production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to research, design, implement, test, debug, and work efficiently in large, shared codebases.
- Eagerness to continuously grow in team communication and self-leadership with a desire to mentor.
- Interest in the geospatial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English speaker; German is a plus.
- Existing work authorization for Germany.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in a team to create industry-leading software for 3D reconstruction from images and lidar.
- Develop scalable, high-performance software that enables cutting-edge social and environmental innovation.
- Build the product to process images, point clouds, textured meshes, and Gaussian splats at scale.
- Drive advancements in state-of-the-art algorithms across computer vision, photogrammetry, machine learning, and computer graphics.
- Shape the product vision and technical direction for a rapidly growing community of reality-capture users.
