• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience engaging in complex customer interactions and the sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Prior experience with coding in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s).
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements.
• Act as a champion for customers and colleagues as an expert solution architect.
• Contribute to Databricks' technical community engagement by developing customer-facing collateral.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to promote the Databricks vision.
