The Senior Integrated Planner – Sub Regional Lead will oversee integrated planning and scheduling for large-scale data center construction projects within a designated region. This hands-on leadership role involves managing a team of planners while providing strategic oversight on project schedules, risks, and delivery performance. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and successful project delivery. This position is crucial for driving consistency and predictability across multiple concurrent projects.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in Construction Management, engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules that accurately reflect project scope and execution strategies.
• Provide hands-on planning and scheduling support for complex and strategically significant projects.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and trend analysis to support successful project execution.
• Identify schedule risks and work with project teams to develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Support contingency planning and schedule risk assessments to improve project predictability.
• Drive consistency and adoption of planning and scheduling best practices across the region.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress and schedule performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals.
