Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Engineer focused on software development for Windows on Snapdragon products. This role involves driving the full life cycle of feature definition, development, commercialization, and deployment within the Windows OS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windows operating systems, security, and enterprise solutions. As a senior team member, you will analyze requirements, develop high-level designs, and drive technical initiatives to evolve Windows on Snapdragon software.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Deep technical background in Microsoft Windows OS concepts, kernel, drivers, APIs, and security.
• Expert experience in Microsoft Windows device driver development, including WHQL Certification and Windows Update processes.
• Strong knowledge of Windows System architecture and PC/Client platforms.

• Provide technical leadership for Windows platform development activities related to Snapdragon products.
• Lead Windows development for complex features and subsystems to meet product requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks ensuring robust security and compliance.
• Act as a technical expert on PC industry trends and share expertise within teams.
• Research and work cross-functionally to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
