• 6+ years of experience in an SAP Security and GRC lead role
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information security, Information management systems, or a related field is preferred
• Extensive hands-on experience with Design, Build, Test and Deploy Application security frameworks across various SAP applications
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control implementation experience with integration knowledge of IAM tools
• Ability to support multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs, estimated at 80%

• Connect with clients to design and implement their processes into the SAP ERP through transformation journeys
• Leverage internal networks and intellectual property to support client implementations
• Build strong relationships with clients to help them address complex issues
• Participate in SAP audit discussions and resolve governance and compliance issues
• Coach and develop teams and colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Identify and manage business development opportunities
