Candidates will work with multidisciplinary teams and have access to robust project management training. This position emphasizes building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Knowledge and experience in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.

• Participate in and lead collaborative teamwork environments with dynamic client project engagements.
• Work independently and in teams to collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations.
• Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to clients' businesses.
• Communicate improvements and help implement EY US' portfolio management and project management methodologies.
