The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at Citibank will be responsible for establishing and implementing application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role involves performing systems analysis and programming activities while providing technical oversight across various applications. The analyst will contribute to the formulation of development strategies and ensure adherence to essential procedures and standards. A hybrid work schedule may be available, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation.
• Experience implementing change data capture using Bi Temporal data models.
• Proficiency in using Human Resource Data Warehouse from Workday integrations.
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL Ab Initio code.
• Knowledge of migrating data warehouse workloads to the Snowflake platform.
• Experience designing security policies using Oracle Virtual Private Database.
• Ability to create Public, Standard, and Custom feeds with DataBridge.

• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs.
• Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple Applications Development areas.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategies for applications development.
• Ensure essential Application Development procedures are followed.
