• 6 to 10 years of experience in technology leadership, Python development, project/program management, and delivery management.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience in modern technologies including Python, Java, React, Angular, Postgres, MongoDB, and Oracle.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and knowledge of Robotic Process Automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions to enhance AI capabilities.
• Lead the design and architecture of applications aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to drive operational efficiency.
